NeeDoh provides a 30-day return and exchange process for eligible NeeDoh sensory toys purchased from this United States storefront.

30-day returns and exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Except for verified damage, defect, or an incorrect item, products should be unused and returned with their original packaging and proof of purchase.

Merchant-paid return shipping

NeeDoh pays return shipping for both approved no-reason returns and quality-related returns. We provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return arrangement before the item is sent back.

Non-returnable items

Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless required by applicable law or received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

After inspection and approval, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may need additional posting time.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled before shipment. After shipment, this Refund Policy applies.
